Zazie (real name Isabelle Marie Anne de Truchis de Varennes) is a French pop rock singer born on 18 April 1964 in Boulogne-Billancourt, France. She began her career in 1992 with the album Je, Tu, Ils and the single Sucré salé. However she made a real breakthrough with her album La Zizanie (2001) and it topped the charts in Belgium and in France. In total Zazie has produced 6 studio albums (you can download them from our site in mp3) and she wrote songs for Christophe Willem’s album Inventaire. During her career she collaborated with many famous people in France, like Pascal Obispo, Alex Bauer, Philipp Paradis. Her main hit singles include such songs as Je suis un Homme, A ma Place, Tous des anges, Rodeo, FM Air and others. Zazie is known for using complex words and constructions in her lyrics, such as alliterations, homophonies and double entendres.
