Biography: Vanilla Sky is an Italian power pop and pop punk band formed in Rome, Italy in 2002. The current band’s line up composes of Vincenzo Mario Cristi (vocals, guitar) and of Daniele Brian Autore (vocals, guitar). Originally the band composed of two more members but they left the band in 2009, they are Luca Alessandrelli (Drums) and Francesco Sarsano (bass). All the band members met each other in Rome, recorded five-track demo and began playing live shows. The band has released three studio albums. The last one Changes was released in 2007 under Universal Music. The album was re-released and that version contained a cover for Rihanna’s song Umbrella. The album spawned three singles – Umbrella, Break it Out and Goodbye. The band regularly tours around Europe and takes part in many rock festivals.
