Timothy Zachery Mosley known as Timbaland and earlier as DJ Timmy Tim, is an American rapper, producer and singer. He was born on March 10, 1971 in Virginia Beach, Virginia, the United States. He’s mostly known as the influential producer, arranger and songwriter. His collaboration with Missy Elliott and Aaliyah brought him success and great acclaim from the professionals in music industry and from the masses. By 2006 Timbaland sound has become a standard for the contemporary R & B and hip –hop. During that period six singles featuring Timbaland peaked at the number one in Billboard Hot 100. In 2006 he created platinum albums for Justin Timberlake and for Nelly Furtado. He has released two solo albums and the last one is Shock Value, which peaked at number one in three countries and went platinum.
