Sonata Arctica is a Finnish English-language power metal group formed in 1995 in Kemi, Finland. The band’s current line-up composes of Tony Kakko (vocals, keyboards), Elias Viljanen (guitars, backing vocals), Tommy Portimo (drums), Marko Paasikoski (bass guitar, backing vocals, guitars)and of Henrik Klingenberg (keyboards, backing vocals, keytar). During its career, the band has released 6 studio albums beginning from Ecliptica which was released in 1999 and ending with The Days of Grays of 2009. Besides their own material, the band covers the songs of other famous bands, like Depeche Mode’s World In My Eyes, Iron Maiden’s Die with Your Boots On, Scorpions’ Still Loving You, Metallica’s master of Puppets and some others.
