American heavy-metal band Slipknot was formed in Des Moines, Iowa, US, in 1995. The band faced several changes in line-up and now it consists of 9 members Sid Wilson, Joey Jordison, Paul Gray, Chris Fehn, Jim Root, Craig Jones, Shawn Crahan, Mick Thomson, and Corey Taylor. In 1999 the band released its debut self-titled album and quickly gained the popularity. The album was certified platinum and you can download it from our site in mp3. Slipknot released 4 studio albums and spawned several hit singles like Psychosocial, Duality, Vermilion and some others. The group has many nominations and awards including Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance (song Before I Forget). The group tours a lot around the world supporting their last album All Hope Is Gone. The band is known for a conflicts with such acts like Limp Bizkit and Green Day.
