Robyn Rihanna Fenty (known as Rihanna) was born on February 20, 1988 in Saint Michael, Barbados. She’s a Barbadian R’n’B/reggae and pop singer, model and beauty queen. At the age of 16 she moved in the US to push her music career and she could get a contract with Def Jam. She became popular in 2005 releasing her debut album Music of the Sun which spawned the hit single Pon de Replay. Her first number one single was SOS and it was released a year later on her second studio album A Girl Like Me. A third album Good Girl Gone Bad made her a real star.
