Redshift is an American band. It was formed in Vancouver, Washington. Redshift’s musical genre is a mixture of new age, pop, ambient and electronic. The current members are Jonah Saifer, Gabriel Kniffin, Steve Matusak and Tyler Chen. The band released over 14 albums. The debut album was released in 1996. That was a self-titled album. Before 2001, Redshift released all albums with a small track-list. Songs were called the same in several albums. They differed only by the serial number. In 2001, the band began to record the next album. Its name is "Down Time". It consists of 7 songs such as "Ultranaut", "High Noon", "All Things Bright", "Protoland", etc. Their last album "Innocence Breakdown" was released in 2007.
