Biography: Rage Against The Machine (often shortened as RATM) are an American rap metal band from Los Angeles, California. It was formed in 1991 and since then the group didn’t change its line-up. It composes of Zack de la Rocha, Tom Morello, Tim Commerford, and Brad Wilk. The group is known for their political and revolutionary lyrics criticizing American imperialism, capitalism, globalization and wars. They quickly gained the mainstream success in 1992 issuing the debut self-titled album. It yielded the hit singles Know Your Enemy, Killing in the Name, which you can download from our site in mp3. Rage Against The Machine’s next albums Evil Empire and The Battle of Los Angeles charted at #1. The band was an opening act for U2 during their PopMart Tour. In 2000 the band broke up and in 2007 they reunited for performing live concerts around the world.
