American rapper Reakwon, known also as Reakwon the Chef, birth name Corey Woods was born on January 12, 1970 in New York City, New York, the United States. He is a member of Wu-Tang Clan hip hop band and at the same time, he is a solo artist. He began his solo career in 1994 releasing his debut single “Heaven and Hell” featuring Ghostface Killah. The single hasn’t been noticed by the majority of public and couldn’t chart on the Billboard Hot 100. Next year saw his debut album Only Built 4 Cuban Lynx… The album spawned two more singles, which became more prominent than the debut one. "Incarcerated Scarfaces" / "Ice Cream" and "Glaciers of Ice"/"Criminology" both charted quite well. They reached number 5 on the Hot Rap Tracks chart.
