Biography: Quo Vadis is a Canadian technical death metal band formed in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 1992. The current band’s line-up composes of Bart Frydrychowicz, (guitars), Patrice Hamelin (drums), Trevor Birnie (vocals), Roxanne Constantin (bass, keyboards) and Marc-André Gingras (guitars). The band was founded by Bart Frydrychowicz, Yanic Bercier, and Arie Itman. The name was chosen after the novel Quo Vadis by Polish writer Henryk Sienkiewicz. The band has released four studio albums, one demo, one DVD and one live album. As for the sound, the band was highly inspired by Metallica and Megadeth. At the beginning of their career, the band covered their songs but later they switched to writing and playing their own original music. The debut album Forever… was released in 1996.
