Paul Oakenfold was born on 30 August 1963 in Greenhithe, Kent, UK. He’s an English DJ, record producer, remixer and actor. He began his career in the late 70s singing soul in Covent Garden wine bar. Later he went to Ibiza island to celebrate his birthday and played there his acid trance he became known for. Now he’s one of the most well known, popular and respectable DJs and remixers of the world. He remixed Madonna’s What It Feels Like For A Girl, Hollywood, American Life, Sorry, Britney Spears’s Gimme More. He produced for many famous acts like U2, Massive Attack, Simply Red and many others. Many of his works were included in the soundtracks for such films as The Matrix Reloaded, The Matrix Revolutions, Die another Day (a James Bond movie).
