Biography: Otep, written sometimes as OTEP or OT3P is an American heavy metal band formed in Los Angeles, the United States in 2000. The band was founded by the vocalist and frontwoman of the band Otep Shamaya. The band underwent several line-up changes and the current members are Otep Shamaya (vocals), "Evil" J. McGuire (bass), Rob Patterson (guitar) and Mark "Moke" Bistany (drums). The band is known for their impressive live performances. They were signed after four live shows without releasing a demo. Sharon Osbourne offered them a spot on the 2001 Ozzfest tour and since then the band was for three times at the Ozzfest sharing the stage with such acts like Slipknot, Marilyn Manson, Disturbed and with others. The band has released four studio albums and the last one Smash the Control Machine was released in 2009. You can download the last album by OTEP in mp3 from our site.
