American rock and power pop band Orson from Hollywood, California, was formed in 1999. The band comprises Jason Pebworth (vocals), George Astasio (guitar), Kevin Roentgen (guitar and vocals), Johnny Lonely (bass) and Chris Cano (drums). Originally the band called themselves Halogen. The band takes its name from Hollywood legend Orson Welles, though not from the person, but from a sandwich named after him. They quickly gained popularity in 2006 with their breakthrough debut album, Bright Idea, which charted at number 1 on the official UK album chart. The album also produced several singles such as "No Tomorrow", "Bright Idea", "Happiness" and "Already Over". And now, you may download this album by Orson in mp3 from our site. The band also have performed as a supporting-band for Duran Duran at Earls Court during Duran Duran's Astronaut Tour, and Robbie Williams during his European leg of his Close Encounters Tour.
