Biography: American hard rock, heavy metal and glam metal singer, songwriter and musician Nikki Sixx (birth name Frank Carlton Serafino Feranna, Jr.) was born on December 11, 1958, in San Jose, California, U.S. He is well known as a member of the American hard rock and heavy metal music group Mötley Crüe that also comprises Mick Mars, Vince Neil and Tommy Lee. Their most successful hits are "Wild Side", "Girls, Girls, Girls", "You're All I Need" and "Jailhouse Rock". In the beginning, he collaborated with various rock and metal bands including London, 58, Brides of Destruction and Sixx: A.M. among others. He achieved mainstream success as a solo artist in 2007 with his debut album, The Heroin Diaries, which yielded the singles, "Life_Is_Beautiful", "Pray_For_Me", "Tomorrow", "Accidents_Can_Happen" and "Intermission".
