Genre: House
Biography: The New Radicals were an American short-lived rock band that was active at the end of the 90s. The band was founded in Los Angeles, California by Gregg Alexander. He had tried to pursue solo career before but his efforts were not successful. During all the band history, Alexander was the only permanent member while others were “come and go” band mates. The only one more person who contributed more than others was a former child actress Danielle Brisebois. Alexander was singer-songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist. The band released only one album – Maybe You’ve Been Brainwashed Too (1998). Stylistically, it’s alternative rock album with influences of soul featuring radio friendly songs and some critics of corporate America. The album spawned a hit single “You Get What You Give” which reached the top 5 on the UK Singles chart. You can download New Radicals’ only album in mp3 from our site.
