Nellie McKay, birth name Nell Marie McKay was born on April 13, in 198? (the exact year is unknown) in London, England. She is an English-born American singer-songwriter, covering wide rage of genres, from rock to anti-folk, from disco to funk and from jazz to rap. During her music career, she has released four studio albums, four soundtracks and 1 cover album. She released her debut album Get Away From Me in 2004 through Columbia/Sony Records.
