English pop singer, songwriter and actress Minnie Driver was born on 31 January 1970 in Finsbury Park, London, UK. At the beginning, she made some appearances on the British television and had small parts in different shows including Casualty, The House of Eliott, Lovejoy and Peak Practice. She received worldwide recognition when she played supporting role in Good Will Hunting, in the late 1990s. After that, she was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. She achieved mainstream success as a singer in 2004 with her debut album, Everything I've Got in My Pocket, which reached number 43 on Billboard's "Top Heatseekers" chart.
