Grammy-nominated American alternative rock, post-grunge and pop rock band Matchbox Twenty from Orlando, Florida, was formed in 1995. The band comprises Rob Thomas (lead vocals, piano, guitar), Kyle Cook (lead guitar, vocals, banjo), Paul Doucette (rhythm guitar, vocals), Brian Yale (bass guitar), Matt Beck (rhythm guitar, keyboards, mandolin) and Ryan MacMillan (drums, percussion). They achieved worldwide success in 2002 with their breakthrough album, More Than You Think You Are. This album also produced several hit singles such as "Disease", "Unwell", "Bright Lights", "Downfall" and "All I Need". The album's lead single, "Disease", reached number four on the Billboard Hot 100. The next single, "Unwell", became a hit on adult contemporary radio, spending two weeks at number 1 on the Billboard Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks chart.
