Liza May Minnelli, known as just Liza Minnelli is an American singer and actress born on March 12, 1946 in Hollywood, California, the United States. She is a daughter of legendary American actress Judy Garland and of her second husband Vincente Minnelli. As she was born in such artistic family, she appeared in the movie for the first time at the age of three together with her mother and Van Johnson. Since that time, she appeared on TV and starred in the films very often and began singing with her mother when she was 17. Since 1963, she became a theater actress. Minnelli appeared for the first time on the stage in the musical “Best Foot Forward” and received her first award - The Theater World Award.
