Keyshia Miesha Cole known by her stage name Keyshia Cole is an American singer-songwriter and producer. She was born on October 15, 1981 in Oakland, California, United States. She works in Hip-Hop and R & B genres having earned the title “Princess of Hip Hop Soul” from Kanye West. She released her debut album The Way It Is in 2005. The album yielded hit singles I Changed My Mind (feat. Kanye West), I Should Have Cheated, Love, Never. The album went on Platinum peaking at # 2 on US R & B.
