Kaiser Chiefs are an English alternative rock band coming from Leeds, England. The band was founded in 1996 and the current band members are Ricky Wilson – lead vocals, percussion, Andrew 'Whitey' White – guitar, live backing vocals, Simon Rix – bass, live backing vocals, Nick 'Peanut' Baines – keyboards, percussion, Nick Hodgson – drums, backing vocals, occasion lead vocals. The band has released three studio albums, one extended play and 13 singles. The band rose to fame in 2005 releasing their debut album Employment. The albums was supported by several hit singles like "Oh My God", "I Predict a Riot", "Everyday I Love You Less and Less", "Modern Way" and "You Can Have It All". The album was certified 5 x Platinum in the UK, 2 x Platinum in the EU and Gold in Australia.
