House of Pain is an Irish-American hip-hop group formed in Valley Stream, New York, the United States in 1992. The band composed of three members Everlast, Danny Boy and of DJ Lethal. The band produced three studio albums and broke up in 1996 as Everlast announced that he was going to leave a band and to embark on a solo career. The band reached the mainstream success very quickly with a release of their debut self-titled album. It went multi-platinum with help of the hit single “Jump around”. The second album Same As It Ever Was was released in 1994. The album didn’t spawn any major hits but anyway it went gold. Third and last album of the band Truth Crushed To Earth Shall Rise Again was released in 1996. The album featured such guest stars as Sadat X, Guru, Cockni D’Ore.
