Hinder is an American rock band coming from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the United States. The band was founded in 2001 by drummer Cody Hanson, guitarist Joe Garvey, and singer Austin Winkler. The current lineup composes of Austin Winkler – vocals, Joe Garvey - lead guitar, Mark King - rhythm guitar, Mike Rodden - bass guitar, Cody Hanson – drums. The band has released three studio albums so far. The debut album Extreme Behavior came out in 2005. The album was released through Universal Motown Group. The album reached number one on the Australian chart and number six on the Billboard 200. Eventually it was certified 3 times Platinum in the USA.
