The Go! Team is an English indie band based in Brighton, England. The band’s style is difficult to classify as they create a unique blend of the indie rock, garage rock, old hip hop and loud guitars similar to the Sonic Youth style. Their band’s songs a combined from sample and live instrumentation. The band was founded by Ian Parton who was the creative force of the band. He had some ideas about how his music should have sounded and he recorded the debut album Thunder, Lightning, Strike in hi parents’ kitchen. The album was released in 2004. Later he recruited band members for the playing as an opening act for Franz Ferdinand. You can download The Go! Team’s debut album in mp3 from our site. The band’s line-up composes of Ian Parton, Sam Dook, Chi Fukami Taylor, Kaori Tsuchida, Jamie Bell and Ninja.
