Luigino Celestino di Agostino, known better as Gigi d’Agostino is an Italian DJ and remixer and record producer born on December 17, 1967 in Turin, Italy. He wanted to be in disco music since his childhood and began his music career from being a DJ organizing parties in clubs. He released his track “Sweetly” and gained some success at once. After that, he joined the team of Gianfranco Bortolotti, general manager of Media Records. He released his follow up singles “FLY” and “Gigi’s Violin” which reached the top of the sales in Italy. His first major success on the European music market happened in 1999 with his single Bla Bla Bla. He continued his success and the album L’Amour Toujours released in 2001 became his Platinum disc.
