The Fixx are an English New Wave band formed in 1980 in London, England. The band composes of Cy Curnin, Jamie West-Oram, Rupert Greenall, Adam Woods and of Dan K. Brown. Initially, the band was formed by Cy Curnin (vocals) and Adam Woods (drums). It was called The Portraits at that time. The twosome recruited some other members and in 1980, they added guitarist Jamie West-Oram and changed the name for The Fix. The band has become one of the few bands alike who could reach the success outside their home country. They released the album Reach the Beach in 1983 and it has become their most successful work to date. The album spawned two hit singles “One Thing Leeds To Another” and “Saved by Zero”. The band has released nine studio albums. The last one is titled Want That Life. You can download this album by Fixx in mp3 from our site.
