Latin Grammy Award-nominated Mexican pop singer Fey (birth name María Fernanda Blázquez Gil) was born on July 21, 1973, in Mexico City, Mexico. Her following album, Tierna la Noche, was released in 1996. The album was quite successful and soon it became the highest selling Latin female album of the year.
