Fefe Dobson, birth name Felicia Lily Dobson is a Canadian singer-songwriter, born on February 28, 1985 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She has been interested in singing and in music since her childhood and began sending out her demos since 11 years old. She was influenced by such bands like Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cyndi Lauper, at the same time she liked Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie. As she was impressed by such different artists, she elaborated a pop rock style. Dobson released her debut self-titled album in 2003. The album reached number 1 on the US Heatseekers chart, number 26 on the Canadian Albums and number 67 on the Billboard 200. The album was certified Platinum in Canada.
