End Zone was a Russian thrash metal and progressive metal band from Moscow, Russia. The band was founded by vocalist and guitarist Igor Lobanov in 1993. The band broke up in 2000 and the last line-up composed of Igor Lobanov – vocals, guitar, Oleg Mishin – guitar, flute, Roman Senkin – bass guitar, Oleg Milovanov – drums and Alexander Dronov – keyboards. The band sang in English language that allowed them to take part in some European festivals. The debut album “First bequest” was released in 1995. The album received many positive reviews from music media and the band took part in Polish festival «Shack attack −7» and shared the stage with Vader and Cemetery of Scream. The second album «Thalatta Et Thanatos» included cover version of classical compositions by Handel, Tchaikovsky and Grieg. The band continued touring and shared the stage with UDO and Paradise Lost.
