Canadian jazz pianist and singer Diana Krall was born on November 16, 1964, in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada. She began learning the piano at the age of four. In high school, she started playing in a small jazz group. When she was 15 she started playing regularly in several Nanaimo restaurants. She is also well known for her contralto vocals. Her debut album, Stepping Out, was released in 1993. Since then, Krall has enjoyed a successful career, recording and performing with jazz greats such as Russell Malone, Christian McBride, and Tony Bennett. In 1996, her Grammy-nominated album, All for You: A Dedication to the Nat King Cole Trio, was released. And you may download this album by Diana Krall in mp3 from our site. After marrying Elvis Costello, she worked with him as a lyricist and started to compose her own songs, resulting in the album The Girl in the Other Room.
