Hakeem Seriki (known as Chamillionaire) is an American rapper born on November 28, 1979 in Washington, D.C., United States. His first major solo release was an album Sound of Revenge issued in 2005. The album yielded hit singles Turn It Up, and Ridin’ which was very popular and earned him a Grammy Award in the nomination Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group. He collaborated with numerous artists including Lil' Flip, Natalie, Krayzie Bone, Bun B, Lil Wayne, his brother Rasaq and with some others. Second mainstream album Ultimate Victory was released in 2007. The album spawned the hits Hip Hop Police and The Evening News, which you can download from our site in mp3. Chamillionaire is also a businessman as he is CEO of Chamillitary Entertainment. He is cited to say that his main goal is to prove that South can produce very good lyricists. On of his distinctive features is that he uses multi-tracked vocals in his songs.
