Breathe Carolina is an American electronic/screamo band formed in Denver, Colorado, the United States in 2006. The band composes of Kyle Evan and David Schmidt. During the live show the band is joined by Eric Armenta (Drums, Beats, Lights), Josh Andrew (Guitar, Synth, Keys, Vocals), Luis (Keys, Programming, Synth). Right now the band is signed to Fearless Records and they released their last album Hello Fascination via this label. The album peaked at number 43 on the Billboard 200 chart, number 5 on the Top Independent chart, the highest result is number 2 on the Billboard Dance/Electronic albums. The critics reaction on their works is mixed. Some describe their sound as “Slipknot remixing French squelch-pop duo Daft Punk”. On the other hand AbsolutePunk called their album It’s Classy Not Classic, "strong, diverse, debut in a genre that features artists that so easily fall prey to the same exact sound".
