Biography: Bobby Darin, birth name Walden Robert Cassotto was an Italian –American musician, singer-songwriter and actor, born on May 14, 1936 in Bronx, New York, the United States and died on December 20, 1973 in Los Angeles, California. He was one of the most popular rock and roll and country artists in the end of 1950s, beginning of the 1960s. He’s also widely known for his unique performances covered such genres like pop, jazz and folk. He also made a career as an actor, having filmed in 12 movies in the period from 1961 to 1973. Some of the films are Hell if For Heroes, This Funny Feeling, Stranger in the House, Happy Ending and some others. He became also a great singer-songwriter and was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. He has his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
