Belgian pop music singer and songwriter Axelle Red (birth name Fabienne Demal) was born on 15 February 1968, in Hasselt, Flanders, Belgium. She emerged on the European pop music scene in the mid-1990 with her breakthrough debut album, A Tâtons, which included guest appearances the legendary musicians such as Steve Cropper and Isaac Hayes.
