Alkaline Trio is an American punk rock band which was formed in McHenry, Illinois, the United States in 1996. The band is sometimes written as Alk3. The current line-up consists of Matt Skiba (lead vocals, guitar), Dan Adriano (lead vocals, bass), Derek Grant (drums, percussion, backing vocals). The band has released six studio albums, but hasn’t reached a significant success. Their most successful album is Good Morning released in 2003. It could reach the top spot on the US Indie chart, but the last album Agony & Irony (2008) became the highest charting album in the Billboard 100, reaching number 13. Some of the new songs have been played during the tour with Saves the Day.
