American country artist Alan Jackson (birth name Alan Eugene Jackson) was born on October 17, 1958, in Newnan, Georgia USA. He was one of the most popular country singers of the 1990's. He wrote his first song in 1983. In 1990, he released his debut album, Here in the Real World, which yielded the number-one hit single, "I'd Love You All Over Again". In 1992, he released his most commercially-successful album, A Lot About Livin' (And a Little 'bout Love). It spawned the hit singles, "Chattahoochee" and "She's Got the Rhythm", which were both number one hits on the Hot Country Songs charts. Other three singles, "Tonight I Climbed the Wall", "(Who Says) You Can't Have It All" and "Mercury Blues", all reached Top Five.
