American hard rock and blues-rock band Aerosmith was formed in 1970, in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. The band comprises Steven Tyler, Joe Perry, Brad Whitford, Tom Hamilton and Joey Kramer. Their style, which is rooted in blues-based hard rock, has come to also incorporate elements of pop, heavy metal, and rhythm and blues and has inspired many subsequent rock artists. Aerosmith rose to fame in 1973 with their self-titled debut album, Aerosmith, which yielded the hit single "Dream On", and which you may download in mp3 from our site. The band is also known for a collection of hits including "Cryin'", "Crazy", "Hole in My Soul" and "Pink". The video for "Crazy" received heavy rotation on MTV and was one of the most requested videos of 1994. It featured appearance of Alicia Silverstone and Steven's then-teenaged daughter Liv Tyler. The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2001, and in 2005 they were ranked #57 in Rolling Stone magazine's 100 Greatest Artists of All Time.
